Model Railway Controllers have been around since the 1990's and work well.
They are not commercially available any more as unfortunately the Arnold company no longer exists.
There is no official
information or support available to people who use the products.
The Arnold DCC System is middle-of-the-range
(as they say), but it is well made, it's simple to use and works well. The
various units are relatively easy to get hold of on eBay and swap meets.
Some good deals can be made.
This site
attempts to bring together and share information about the Arnold Digital
Control products and to allow the existing users to enjoy the pleasure of
using a great product.
